Beautiful 2/2 large pool, accommodate 6 ppl max, short walk to the beach, parking only for 1 vehicle, very nice view to the pool from large balcony, located in the second floor (elevator), walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping,WiFi,cable tv, roku, NO PETS!!, great place for family’s or couples, no spring breakers allow in this building,couples or group of friends need to be 25 years or older to rent this condo, also , only 2 minutes walking distance to the beach access,……tax permit pending!!
